Tony is the Co-Founder of Neubau Holdings. He is responsible for establishing the strategic direction of the company in addition to the development and leasing of new and existing properties. Tony is a lifelong Mankato resident and enjoys contributing to the growth and success of the city. He has been an active member of numerous local boards and committees for the betterment of the community.

Rob Else is a Co-Founder of Neubau Holdings. He is responsible for the company operations and finance directives. Rob is also a Board Member and Executive Committee Member at Greater Mankato Growth and has a strong commitment to Mankato’s future.
